Attend our practical workshops
We deliver our practical workshops in every State and Territory. The workshop title is ‘Deafblindness and developmental disability’. This workshop is face to face, so you can meet other people from the deafblind community. You will also experience hands on learning. We adapt our workshop to the needs of the group. Explore key concepts relating to people born with deafblindness in the workshop.

Online Deafblind Introductory Training Course
Our online Deafblind Introductory Training Course is the first online course in Australia. The course is designed to support initial training in working with people with deafblindness. The online course runs in groups. Each group is open for between 6-8 weeks. You have to complete the course when the group is open.
You have to pay to complete this course. Deafblind Information Australia sponsor places. This means you can do the course for free and DBIA pay the cost of the course for you.
